New Venue:  The Old Bull Hotel at 3.00 - 3.15 pm

TOPIC FOR DISCUSSION: The group has concluded that it is more fun if several topics are discussed at a meeting instead of sticking to just one, so Sarah will do a one-pager of factual charts suggesting what the top current topics might be. This will be sent out a week in advance of the meeting to group members so that the group can choose and discuss those that interest them on the day.
 The Current Affairs group meets on the 3rd Monday of the the month.

No meeting in August usually due to school holidays and members have holidays/grandparenting duties.
Members participate in a range of discussions. Possible subjects include: ‘What the papers say’, ‘The EU’, ‘Local News’, ‘Immigration’, ‘Events in other Countries', and more...
