Are you wanting to do a bit more walking, but still at a gentle pace? This could be the group for you. A chance for a reasonable walk, a pub lunch and a social chat!
Walks normally would take place on the second Wednesday of each month, and normally be led by Eric Heaton or Peter Andrew.

Unless otherwise stated, the walks start at 10.00am but the group gather together a little earlier at 9:45am to sort out such matters as lunch. The walk starts at 10.00am. Each walk is usually about 2-2.5 hours long.

The walks are only available to paid-up members of Royston U3A, for insurance purposes, so please make sure that your membership for Royston U3A is valid.

Please note that we are unable to accommodate children or dogs on the walk.
If you are prepared to lead a walk this year or if you have a suggestion you would like to share with other members please let us know.
If you have a favourite walk we will be happy to practice it with you and we can do it as a group in any month you choose in 2026.
